as an RN Supervisor! We are proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with Same Day Pay. PT shifts run weekends 7 AM‑7 PM; FT shifts run Monday‑Friday 11 PM‑7 AM. Pay ranges from $38‑$60 per hour plus a $3 PIB.
Orchard Hill is a 139‑bed Sub‑Acute, Long‑Term Care facility that values compassion and quality care. Responsibilities
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license in Maryland.
Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
No previous supervisor experience required; training will be provided.
Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the public.
Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers.
Qualifications
Current, unencumbered active RN license in Maryland.
Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
