We're looking for an experienced Consumer Product Marketing Manager to drive product marketing for Meta AI, our AI assistant used by over 1 billion people globally. In this role, you will lead complex cross‑company initiatives and help bring innovative new AI experiences to people all over the world across our apps and devices including the Meta AI app, meta.ai, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and Reality Labs. This role sits on our central AI Marketing team and covers inbound, go‑to‑market and outbound product marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for driving audience and market insights, influencing product strategies, crafting positioning and messaging and leading fast‑moving go‑to‑market efforts that increase awareness, engagement and adoption. This is a highly cross‑functional role that will partner closely with other PMMs and teams across the company. Base Pay Range $160,000.00/yr - $224,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Influence and shape product strategies, positioning and narratives through the use of data and insights for target audiences in close collaboration with research, product, communications and policy

Develop and execute complex go‑to‑market strategies including goals, success metrics, asset development and integrated launch planning with cross‑functional partners across the company

Partner across product marketing, brand, marketing and channel teams on outbound marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness, adoption and long‑term engagement

Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of full‑time experience in Product Marketing, partnering closely with Product teams

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a creative discipline

Experience crafting GTM strategies based on consumer‑driven insights

Experience with consumer‑facing product launches and consumer campaigns

Solid understanding and/or active use of consumer AI products

Experience working with product, marketing, communications and growth teams at all levels of management, both internally and externally

Experience driving presentations with executives and cross‑functional teams

Experience developing, leading and influencing analytically rigorous, multi‑channel marketing campaigns with a variety of internal teams and external stakeholders

Experience with 0‑to‑1 products in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments

Project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

MBA

Internet, technology or generative AI industry experience

International experience

Copywriting experience

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
