Role Overview We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for developing engaging visual content across print and digital platforms to support sales initiatives, product marketing, brand development, and corporate communications.

The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud, experienced in translating technical information into clear visual solutions, and comfortable using AI-powered tools to enhance creativity, speed, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, sales sheets, product graphics, presentations, web assets, trade show materials, and internal communications.

Collaborate with Marketing leadership, Sales, and Product teams to understand project goals and deliver effective visual solutions.

Use AI-assisted tools (Adobe Firefly, Illustrator AI features, Photoshop Generative Fill, etc.) for ideation, concept development, image editing, vector creation, layout variations, and production efficiency.

Maintain brand consistency across all creative output.

Translate engineering/technical information into clear, visually compelling illustrations or graphics.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files in correct formats and specifications.

Contribute to creative discussions, brainstorming sessions, and ongoing brand evolution.

Stay current with design trends, AI technologies, and best practices in modern marketing workflows.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

2–5 years of design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other Creative Cloud applications.

Demonstrated experience using AI tools in the design process, such as:

Adobe Firefly or other generative AI systems

AI-assisted vector creation or ideation

AI-powered image editing, recoloring, or layout automation

Strong portfolio showcasing design versatility, layout skills, and problem-solving.

Ability to interpret technical content and convert it into clear visual communication.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or technical product industries.

Familiarity with CAD‑to‑graphics workflows or technical illustration.

Motion graphics or video editing experience (Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Experience with digital asset management or content management systems.

Strong understanding of brand strategy and marketing fundamentals.

Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel appropriate to professional experience.

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Certificates, Licenses, or Training

Adobe Creative Suite certification preferred.

Interaction with Others Reports directly to the Marketing Director and works closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and other team members within the Marketing Department. This position interacts regularly with internal departments, including Sales, Engineering, and Production, to support communication and marketing objectives. Professionalism, kindness, and integrity are essential in all interactions, both internal and external.

Working Environment This position operates in a hybrid work environment, allowing a blend of in-office work (Pryor or Tulsa) and remote flexibility. The role involves periods of focused design work and collaboration within a creative, deadline-driven atmosphere. Adherence to corporate goals, attendance policies, and project timelines is expected.
