Experience working for a commercial General Contractor Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Superintendent running your own projects Experience managing projects in the $1M–$20M range Background in healthcare, K 12, higher education, or medical projects strongly preferred Comfortable leading site teams, subcontractors, and inspectors What’s on offer:
