HVAC Technician

This is a full-time on-site position for a HVAC Technician located in Salt Lake County, UT. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities include inspecting HVAC systems, diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining detailed service records. You will also collaborate with clients to explain system operations, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in HVAC system installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance

Proficiency with HVAC tools, equipment, and diagnostic tools

Knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and compliance requirements

Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills

Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various settings

EPA Certification and relevant HVAC certifications preferred

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical certification in HVAC is a plus

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
