Position Overview As part of the talented Thunder Jet team, you will be required to measure and cut wood and materials for the inside floors and parts of the boats. This position requires a high level of personal dependability demonstrated through prefect attendance, a high level of productivity demonstrated through hustle, a high level of teamwork demonstrated through a readiness to learn and assist in other jobs and a high aptitude for quality demonstrated by work that is free from defects as well as a high level of safety that is demonstrated by the absence of personal injury or work accidents.

Essential Functions

Ability to measure and cut materials such as wood for the internal parts of the boats.

Able to safely use a saw for cutting.

Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.

Required Qualifications

Carry various sizes of material for boat flooring, wood pieces to and from workstations from 2 to 50 LBS.

Maintain a clean work area.

Read a tape measure.

Work in a safe manner at all times.

18 years of age and successfully pass a background check.

Maintain good attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

Be familiar with hand tools and power tools

High school diploma or equivalent

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk, hear, see, sit.

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, balance, and use arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp, and move a variety of materials.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The noise level in moderate to high in the manufacturing setting.

The anticipated starting pay range for this position ranges grade 2.5 ($20.00-$21.75). The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
