Maintenance Mechanic (Full-Time, 37.5 Hours)
Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour.
Employer: East Longmeadow Housing Authority, a Commonwealth of Massachusetts agency, non‑union.
This position is not a Town of East Longmeadow department; it is run by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, equipment maintenance, painting, janitorial, groundskeeping, and snow removal. The role requires being on‑call and successful candidates must pass a CORI check, drug screening, and a physical exam. A valid driver’s license is required.
