Job Description

Complete line clearance and first‑piece inspection documentation upon each work order.

Verify all materials and labels match the traveler.

Understand traveler size/style descriptors and specialty symbols indicative of production requirements.

Perform ongoing quality checks from each tray during production.

Communicate with operators taking over your machine of special customer specifications on the current work order or any quality issues you have encountered throughout the shift.

Notify setup technicians of any quality concerns.

Fill hoppers with components.

Assist with breaks.

Replenish corrugate and packaging materials at each station.

Complete laminate box count form.

Fill out 32‑tray inspection form and perform 100% inspection on given trays.

Perform rework and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.

Review and understand customer packout requirements.
