Our solutions are built to manage millions of square feet of property and assets and provide facility managers an enterprise system to run their campuses efficiently.**Job Description:****About the Role**Our strategic, people-centred HR leader will thrive on partnering with business leaders to shape culture, build capability, and ensure the organization is set up for long-term success.This role is pivotal in advancing our People & Culture strategy for the business unit and ensuring alignment with overall organizational priorities. You will play a key leadership role in attraction, development, engagement, and performance outcomes, while creating a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.You’ll operate both strategically and hands-on, driving people outcomes through strong relationships, thoughtful insights, coaching, and effective execution. You will also be supported by a broader HR network across our global organization, giving you access to collaboration, coaching, and continuous learning.**You Will Lead****People Strategy*** Lead the development and implementation of the people strategy for the business, ensuring it aligns with current and future business needs.* Partner with the leadership team to bring the strategy to life through high-impact people initiatives.**Talent & Capability*** Guide talent attraction, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts to ensure great team-member experiences.* Lead talent development initiatives including capability building, career development, succession planning, and leadership coaching.* Support managers in creating a high-performance culture with clear accountability.**Engagement, Culture & Wellbeing*** Foster an engaged, healthy, and connected team culture aligned with our values.* Lead engagement survey planning, insights analysis, and follow-through on meaningful action.* Champion wellbeing initiatives and create an environment where people thrive.**Organizational Design & Workforce Planning*** Partner with the leadership team to ensure the organizational structure and roles support growth, efficiency, and capability needs.* Provide insight into future workforce requirements and guide data-driven decision-making.**Policy, Compliance & Risk Management*** Ensure all people-related legal and compliance requirements are met, including HR policies, documentation, safety (WHS), and GDPR obligations.* Proactively identify people-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.**Performance & Coaching Culture*** Support leaders in embedding a coaching mindset and reinforcing a high-accountability culture.* Guide managers through performance conversations and team-member development planning.**Operational Excellence & HR Insights*** Provide people metrics, analysis, and insights to support financial and operational decision-making.* Deliver HR solutions efficiently and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost effectiveness.**About You**You are a commercially minded HR leader who brings both strategic insight and operational depth.
