**About the Role** We are looking for a strategic, people-centred HR leader who thrives on partnering with business leaders to shape culture, build capability, and ensure the organization is set up for long-term success. This role is pivotal in advancing our People & Culture strategy for the business unit and ensuring alignment with overall organizational priorities. You will play a key leadership role in attraction, development, engagement, and performance outcomes, while creating a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. Provide insight into future workforce requirements and guide data-driven decision-making. Ensure all people-related legal and compliance requirements are met, including HR policies, documentation, safety (WHS), and GDPR obligations. You will thrive in this role if you: Minimum 5 years' experience in an HR, HR Manager, or HR Business Partner role.Experience leading or supporting change management. High emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills. Proven ability to influence, coach, and partner with leaders. Demonstrated ability to use HR data and metrics to drive insights and decisions. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
