TensorWave Inc.
Our mission at TensorWave Cloud is to build seamless, secure, reliable, and resilient AI infrastructure at scale, eliminating barriers and challenging the status quo to empower builders and support AI innovation.
About the role Core Operations is intentionally a feeder system for future leaders at TensorWave. You’ll be given real ownership early, exposed to executives and decision-making, and trusted to tackle ambiguous, high‑stakes challenges that directly shape the company’s trajectory.
We are aggressively scaling in 2026 and this role will be embedded directly into the hardest, highest‑impact problems facing the business. This role will be a launch pad in recruiting operations, then expanding into other critical areas of the company as the business scales.
We see this role as a future CEO factory: a place where driven, high‑potential operators learn how the company truly works, build judgment under pressure, and develop the skills required to lead at scale.
Responsibilities
Build recruiting operations workflows, including interview scheduling, candidate pipeline management, offer coordination, and process execution during periods of rapid hiring from scratch
Identify bottlenecks and failure points in the recruiting process and design scalable solutions that improve speed, quality, and candidate experience
Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to support high‑priority, time‑sensitive hiring initiatives
Build and maintain operational rigor across recruiting by creating documentation, playbooks, and repeatable processes as the company scales
Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics (e.g., funnel health, time‑to‑hire, interviewer load) to support data‑driven decision making
Take ownership of ambiguous, cross‑functional projects tied to hiring, headcount planning, or internal operations as business needs evolve
Required Experience
Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a similarly rigorous discipline, with demonstrated analytical excellence
Early‑career experience (internships or full‑time) in finance, consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, operations, or high‑growth startups
High comfort working with data, metrics, and financial or operational models to inform decisions and improve processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and with senior leaders
Ability to operate in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments with competing priorities and limited structure
What We Bring
Mission driven company
Competitive Salary
Stock Options
100% paid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
Life and Voluntary Supplemental Insurance
Short Term Disability Insurance
Flexible Spending Account
401(k)
Flexible PTO

We’re looking for resilient, adaptable people to join our team, people who believe in the mission and think at massive scale. The solutions that worked on a handful of devices will not work at Exascale. Be prepared to be pushed daily, to learn a lot, and literally build the future.
TensorWave is an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace. All qualified applicants and candidates will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability, age, national origin, or veteran status.
