and supports services such as network, portal, email, collaboration tools, digital learning technologies, information security, software licensing, and more.

Job Summary We are seeking highly motivated students to support the University Support Services group within the UIT department. The role includes reviewing security reports, removing access for former staff, and providing IT support for mission‑critical university application services.

Responsibilities This person will conduct audits, collaborate with managers and departments across the university, run SQL queries, perform LDAP searches, and may take on future PeopleSoft security tasks such as managing user access.

Minimum Qualifications Looking for someone with a good understanding and ability to work in spreadsheets, who is detailed, precise, and able to produce professional communications.

Special Instructions Campus: Salt Lake City, UT. Work schedule: 19 hours/week, Monday‑Friday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m. This is a part‑time position. The role involves a criminal background check and/or drug screen. Background: Students at this level work under the direction of UIT staff.
