Base pay range: $83,200.00/yr – $109,200.00/yr. The actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

Responsibilities

Report on monthly financial performance against budget & forecast within Supply Chain G&A.

Build strong relationships with various functions and VP‑level stakeholders to drive performance.

Use financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts to provide counsel to business unit partners and help deliver against business targets.

Seek input by working closely with stakeholders to develop monthly financial forecast.

Lead the development of the annual plan and perform analytics to assess risk & opportunities.

Use accounting principles and knowledge of internal controls to provide objective, timely, and accurate financial information.

Effectively and succinctly communicate performance drivers to stakeholders.

Actively identify opportunities to simplify and improve existing processes within the department.

Support other reporting and financial analysis, as needed, to execute against organizational goals.

Qualifications

4‑year degree in Finance or related field; MBA or Graduate Finance or Accounting (CPA) preferred.

3+ years of experience in a related industry.

Support multiple aspects of the Supply Chain organization’s financial and operational performance.

Serve as a trusted business partner to Supply Chain leadership across the Americas.

Help manage the general and administrative components of the Supply Chain function.

Lead elements of the planning, forecasting, and consolidation processes for the Supply Chain organization.

Provide reporting and analytical support across key initiatives, including cost savings and efficiency programs.

Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.

Deliver insightful, decision‑ready analysis that supports leadership decision‑making.

Salary & Benefits Summary Posting salary range: $83,200.00 – $109,200.00 per year. In addition, a target short‑term incentive of 10% and an average of $23,000 spent on benefits per employee—including health, dental, vision, retirement with above‑market employer match, wellness incentives, EAP, and paid time off—are included in the total rewards package.
