In the role of Sr Director Product Solution Owner – Supply Chain (SC) & Integrated Business Planning (IBP), you will be part of the Information Technology team. The role is responsible for visioning, defining, and developing new technology products, and optimizing existing solutions built from MCBC shared platforms. You are responsible for managing a product portfolio that supports North America supply chain across integrated business planning (commercial, demand, supply), scheduling, distributor ordering & order management, transportation/distribution, manufacturing quality, environmental health and safety (EHS), and non‑alcoholic capabilities across both supply chain and commercial applications.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of talented colleagues and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one‑on‑one conversations.
Lead the development of the product strategy and delivery across our supply chain, integrated business planning, and non‑alcohol areas while working closely with business leadership.
Act as the Face of IT to the business, understanding business strategies & opportunities and managing business demand.
Accountable for business relationship management across distributors and internal stakeholders, including executives in MCBC and other business functions.
Translate business strategy to technology strategy.
Provide leadership accountability for initiatives that may be global and/or cross‑functional.
Collaborate effectively with business unit leaders to define the business capabilities and experience to be enabled.
Collaborate effectively with internal IT departments to provide an optimized value proposition.
Drive benefit realization and delivery of intended results in partnership with business sponsors for core business applications.
Collaborate closely with third‑party service providers.
Drive the transition from traditional project delivery to Agile product delivery and value‑stream focused delivery for the customer‑experience supply‑chain organization.
Facilitate the transition to cloud‑based, digital, and shared platform solutions by engaging business unit leaders in understanding and values of shared platforms.
Require travel across the Molson Coors North American brewery network and/or market visits to distributors (approximately 15–25%).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technology‑related field or equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of IT.
10+ years of experience leading the strategy and delivery of technology solutions, including customer‑facing, business‑specific, and enterprise applications aligned with business objectives; preferably in the CPG industry.
5–7+ years managing complex projects, leading cross‑functional product teams in the manufacturing or consumer products industry, and delivering product‑based or Agile‑based solutions.
Experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment.

Pay and Benefits Salary range: $171,700.00 – $225,400.00 (base salary). Target short‑term and long‑term incentives: 30%. Approx. $23,000 annually spent on benefits per employee, including health, dental, vision, retirement with employer match, wellness, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Additional benefits include parental leave, generous paid time off, and a supportive wellness program.
