Workforce Development Specialist – CCMEP Butler
Join Easterseals Redwood as a full-time Workforce Development Specialist. The role supports youth in the CCMEP program, helping them complete academic and work readiness training and connect to employment or post‑secondary education.
Base pay range $22.00/hr – $23.00/hr

Position Summary Provides case management services to youth enrolled in CCMEP services, working with schools and community providers to ensure engagement in academic and work readiness training, graduation completion, and connection to employment and/or post‑secondary education.
Job Responsibilities
Assess academic levels, work skill levels and service needs of each youth.
Develop Individual Opportunity Plans for participants.
Conduct outreach and recruit youth for WIOA services.
Arrange new or continuing services to meet individual youth’s needs.
Follow up for twelve months after each youth’s exit.
Advocate for youth in securing needed services.
Conduct training seminars and support groups.
Document service interventions, maintain records and ensure compliance with WIOA guidelines.
Maintain accurate records (case notes, reports, intake forms, mileage, etc.).
Collaborate with community providers and develop partnerships.
Make referrals and follow up on community resources.
Be creative in meeting youth needs.
Attend required meetings.
Maintain confidentiality of consumer files.
Work flexible schedule and perform related duties as required.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred.
Ability to document identity and employment eligibility within three days of appointment (IRCA).
