Responsibilities

Facilitate the interview process and screen candidates, providing hiring managers with detailed assessments and recommendations.

Fill key leadership and individual‑contributor roles promptly using diverse sourcing methods and maintaining a strong recruitment network.

Build and maintain collaborative relationships with client leadership, hiring managers, HR Business Partners and Corporate Compensation to understand business strategy, needs, culture, hiring processes, compensation practices, and approval processes.

Perform all required system documentation and dispositioning of candidates in accordance with standard operating procedures and expected timelines.

Act as a brand ambassador for assigned client programs, positioning the client through face‑to‑face interaction, candidate calls, job fairs and social media as the destination employer of choice.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or Sciences (BA/BS) – required.

Five or more years of combined experience in RPO, Corporate Talent Acquisition, and/or Agency recruiting – required.

Ability to read complex documents in English.

Capacity to reason and make sound decisions.

Ability to write complex documents in English.

Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary in the range of $68,480 – $102,720, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical/Rx, dental and vision coverage; life, AD&D and disability insurance; flexible spending accounts; 100% paid maternity leave up to 12 weeks; parental leave; family leave; other paid time off; voluntary benefits and discount programs such as pet insurance.

Compensation is ultimately based on experience, geographic location and applicable agreements.
