Financial Services Assistant

Legacy Planning, a boutique, fee‑based financial planning firm specializing in tailored wealth management and advanced retirement solutions is seeking a Financial Services Assistant. This is a part‑time, in‑person position (20 hours per week) based in Tallahassee, FL, with preference given to candidates available in the afternoons. This role requires a highly organized and detail‑oriented individual who can work independently toward established goals. The Financial Services Assistant will support financial advisors and provide exceptional customer service to both existing and prospective clients. Responsibilities

Prepare for client meetings and follow up on tasks generated during client meetings or initiated through client phone or email requests Track and coordinate all aspects of review meetings, both pre and post meetings Support clients with requests related to financial document delivery Maintain and update client e‑files, databases, and advisor records Coordinate activities with other Legacy Planning staff to accomplish office goals Answer phone calls and emails while providing excellent customer service Perform other general office duties as needed Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in computer applications, including Wealthbox, Wealthscape, A360, Envestnet, Microsoft, CRM systems, and document creation software Strong interpersonal and communication skills One to three years of experience in the financial services industry Send resume and cover letter to: Katherine Nerona‑Balog katherine@planwithlegacy.com Seniority Level
