Job Description Government Mandated Benefits

Sales Report Preparation, monitoring and validation

Check and Update sales book

Manage month-end and year-end closing of books including analysis of accounts

Petty Cash (Prepare and check liquidation and replenishment.)

Receiving and monitoring the collections.

Accruals/Prepayments

Preparation of Payroll

Other accounting-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Record, updates and monitors Non-Cash Sales (GC, Credit Cards)

Reconcile and Validate sales variances for Store.

Job Qualification

With 1-3 years of related work experience specializing in General Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

Strong analytical and computer skills.

Great attention to detail and the ability to be proactive

With knowledge and experience in SAP (QuickBooks/Peachtree/Sage)

Must be a graduate of Accountancy/Accounting or equivalent

Complete other tasks assigned by the leader

Meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, coordination skills and high team spirit

Intermediate to advanced Excel Skills
