The Accounting Assistant provides support to the accounting and finance team by assisting in daily financial operationsecz, record‑keeping, and report preparation. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to gain hands‑on experience in accounting and develop their professional skills in a corporate environment. Key Responsibilities
Assist in recording and monitoring financial transactions. Support the preparation of basic accounting reports and schedules. Help in maintaining accurate and organized accounting records and files. Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring. Perform data entry and reconciliation using MS Excel and accounting tools. Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing, payments, and documentation. Assist in month‑end and year‑end accounting activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting procedures. Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any related course. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply!
