Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Collections Administrator to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Collections Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient collection of outstanding debts while maintaining positive relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
Manage and monitor accounts receivable to identify and address delinquent accounts.
Contact clients via phone, email, and written correspondence to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Collections Administrator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of collection laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in using collection software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
