Role Description
This is a full-time on‑site role for a Collections Agent based in Bryan, TX.
The Collections Agent will be responsible for managing and organizing debt recovery processes, communicating effectively with clients to resolve outstanding debts, and overseeing cash collection activities.
Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service to ensure positive customer interactions and maintaining accurate financial records related to collections.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Knowledge and understanding of Finance principles
Ability to work efficiently in an on‑site team environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Familiarity with relevant software tools and systems is an advantage
