Financial Systems Analyst We need an analyst to perform administrative and production support functions within key financial systems, including PeopleSoft (all modules), nVision, Oracle, Hyperion, and Concur. The role focuses on implementing and monitoring system configuration, ensuring data integrity, supporting compliance with internal and SOX control procedures, and improving system functionality.

How You'll Shine

Support business with configuration, loading of transactions, scheduling, and monitoring batch processes for modules; maintain functional support and reporting.

Ensure business process for configuration changes and control records are followed to maintain compliance.

Perform other financial systems reporting tasks and participate in additional projects as needed.

Develop new ideas on business processes by providing insights gained from data and system knowledge.

Work with team members to define specifications and test solutions for new systems and business processes.

Support data integrity in PeopleSoft general ledger and reporting by managing jobs and reconciling interfaces for budgets, forecasts, actuals, and consolidations.

Participate in upgrades and implementation projects by executing varied test scripts.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).

Experience with PeopleSoft GL and data integration management.

Ability to work under pressure, excellent written and oral communication, process mapping, and a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Ability to extract data from various sources and translate it into meaningful analysis, reports, and recommendations.

1 to 2 years of accounting or finance experience in a corporate environment.

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the degree requirement.
