Base pay range: $200,000.00/yr - $295,000.00/yr
Position Overview We are seeking a Junior or Mid-Level Labor, Employment, Workplace Safety Associate to join a professional services organization in Raleigh. This role requires expertise in labor and employment law with a focus on workplace safety compliance and legal advisory.

Responsibilities
Advise clients on labor, employment, and workplace safety laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Draft, review, and negotiate employment‑related contracts and policies.
Advise and represent clients in litigation and administrative proceedings related to employment law matters.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies for clients.
Assist in handling matters related to employee benefits, wage and hour compliance, and labor relations.
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high‑quality legal services.
Stay updated on changes in employment and workplace safety laws.
Eligibility Candidate must be based in Raleigh, North Carolina and/or be open to relocating to the area so that they can work from the firm's Raleigh office three days per week. Candidates must have U.S. work authorization without requiring sponsorship.

Qualifications
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
North Carolina State Bar (in good standing) or the ability to sit/swear into the North Carolina State Bar if you hold another U.S. State Bar.
Strong knowledge of labor and employment law and workplace safety regulations.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple legal matters effectively.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A commitment to providing outstanding client service and legal expertise.
