Essential Functions
Operate hand and power shop tools
Read schematics/prints
Assemble electrical parts
Learn and apply valuable skills, and gain useful knowledge
Take initiative and problem‑solve
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Electrical assembly experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude required
Must be able to follow directions and pay attention to detail
Contribute in a fast‑paced/team atmosphere
Meet deadlines
Obtain forklift certification
Walk/stand for long periods; bend and twist
Pass a pre‑employment drug screen, physical agility test and criminal background check
Lift 70+ pounds
Climb ladders
