Job Description
Support the implementation of processes from the EHS Management System, including Incident Management and EHS Process Confirmation. Assist with initial incident report investigations.
Environmental Health and Safety Responsibilities
Support the implementation of processes from the EHS Management System, including Incident Management and EHS Process Confirmation.
Assist with initial incident report investigations.
Provide support during emergencies.
Quality Assurance Responsibilities
Verify visual, functional, and dimensional elements using LEGO Standards.
Prepare daily quality reports.
Manage non-conforming materials by following procedures, ensuring correct containment, tracing defective materials, and maintaining traceability.
Collect and update information for daily quality reports and quality shift debriefs.
Train quality team members on the correct execution of methods.
Open corrective actions for metrics in red and upload them to SharePoint, NCMS, or relevant systems. Coordinate corrective actions with other areas (e.g., molding, processing).
Organize the daily Quality Audit team.
Support the Quality Engineer by gathering information, supervising production orders, measuring production samples, and investigating external complaints.
Attend relevant meetings with the Quality Engineer (e.g., novelties meetings).
Investigate quality defects and participate in Go Look See activities as needed.
Generate and update local documents.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in Quality or Manufacturing areas or equivalent.
Knowledge of quality processes.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with SAP Management.
Intermediate Combi/ERP System Management skills (capable of conducting traceability research).
Understanding of technical drawings.
Must be 18 years of age and willing to work 12-hour shifts (6:00am-6:00pm or 6:00pm-6:00am) on a 2-2-3 schedule, enjoying 15 days a month of building fun each month in our climate-controlled setting.
Multiple positions available with openings on both day and night shifts.
