Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Kitchen Manager role located in Saint Paul, MN. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining a well-organized and clean workspace. Additional responsibilities include supervising in-store and wholesale food preparation and cooking, training kitchen staff, managing inventory and supplies, and collaborating with management to meet goals and uphold the restaurant's standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques

Experience in managing Food & Beverage operations and ensuring Food Quality standards

Strong knowledge of Culinary Management and kitchen team leadership

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management is a requirement

Food safety certification is preferred

Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to excellence
