Job Description To serve guests and ensure their complete satisfaction with our restaurant.
Responsibilities
Have full knowledge of all menus and beverage menus.
Have full knowledge of responsible alcohol service.
Have full knowledge and certification in safe food handling practices.
Proper setup and breakdown of area and service station.
Clean floors of dining room and outdoor area.
Complete restaurant set‑up and breakdown/side‑work.
Provide the highest quality guest interactions – Use guest names during interactions.
Keep working area neat and clean.
Take food and beverage orders from guests.
Enter orders on the computer ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare beverages quickly and efficiently, following written and visual standards.
Follow service standards and best practices at all times.
Demonstrate excellent teamwork with other departments and associates.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager or supervisors.
Set up Patio Area / Umbrellas.
Qualifications
Able to stand for extended periods of time.
Able to read and write English proficiently.
Able to lift and carry 20 lbs routinely, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Able to walk, sit, stand, squat and reach in daily business.
Able to work quickly in a high‑pressure environment, keeping a calm and polite attitude.
