HR Officer/HR Generalist

The HR Officer / HR Generalist is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for tru multiple outsourced client accounts. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, performance and attendance monitoring, and HR documentation. The position ensures compliance with labor laws and government statutory requirements, supports payroll coordination, and maintains accurate HR records through HRIS. As the frontline HR partner for assigned clients, the role handles employee concerns, disciplinary processes, policy implementation, and workplace investigations while providing timely HR reports, updates, and recommendations. The HR Officer works closely with Recruitment, Payroll, and Compliance teams to deliver efficient, compliant, and client‑focused HR services in a multi‑client outsourcing environment.
