What You Will Achieve This is an entry‑level position. The Associate will perform all activities required by the Production Support Team, under the direct supervision of the Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager. The area is a fast‑paced cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment that requires individuals to take the initiative and to work both as a team and independently. It involves a lot of standing and some light lifting.
The hours for this position are Monday‑Friday 7:30 am‑4:00 pm. Some holiday coverage is required.
How You Will Achieve It
Cleaning equipment: rinsing, segregating, inspecting for cleanliness, running glassware washers.
Preparing equipment: measuring and cutting tubing, preparing production set‑ups per Standard Operating Procedures, wrapping equipment in preparation for sterilization.
Sterilizing equipment: operating depyrogenation ovens, operating autoclaves.
Documenting information on data forms and logs.
Adhering to all operating procedures, protocols, policies, regulatory requirements, GMP, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency required. Knowledge of cGMP regulations and clean room experience preferred.
Ability to work in a clean room environment.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting.
Problem‑solving skills.
Initiative and independence.
Team‑work orientation.
Manual dexterity.
Environmental & Physical Requirements
Pre‑employment physical and lift test required.
Work in a controlled or clean room environment for extended periods.
Standing up to 6.5 hours/day.
Perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and fingers.
Medium workload with lifting objects up to 40 lb.

The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $24.04 per hour. Base salary is part of a total rewards package that also includes merit‑based increases, 401(k) eligibility, health insurance, education assistance, life and disability insurance, and leaves provided in line with state and federal law. Total compensation will depend on candidate experience, skills, education, and other factors permitted by law.
