We are looking for an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join the team. You will be responsible for providing legal support to attorneys in the preparation of legal documents, researching legal precedents, and assisting with the discovery process.
Responsibilities
Draft various pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents.
Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
Request, follow up, and obtain medical records/bills related to client treatment.
Verify and document account balances.
Review and summarize medical records.
Assist with trial preparation, including jury instructions, trial exhibits, subpoenas, etc.
Manage court dockets and deadlines.
Draft settlement calculations and agreements.
Qualifications
10-15+ years of Litigation Personal Injury experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work well independently and in a team environment.
