Position Overview Rubin Lublin, LLC is seeking a bright and motivated
Associate Attorney
with
5 years of experience
to join our
Real Estate Group . This position will include responsibilities in
litigation, title, and compliance . The role may be hybrid or remote once eligibility requirements are met; however, the attorney
must be licensed and located in or near Arkansas .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage litigation and title۱۰ deadlines effectively and efficiently.
Prepare pleadings, discovery, and responses well in advance of deadlines.
Draft, review, and revise pleadings including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
Appear in court and at depositions as required.
Review title reports and related legal documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate case management.
Maintain compliance with firm policies, deadlines, and client service standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD)
from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Arkansas.
Minimum of
5 years' experience in real estate and/or title law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, self-management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
