Attorney- Lemon Law Defense

$130K to $200K

Our client is a leading defense firm specializing in Lemon Law and consumer protection litigation. We are seeking an experienced Lemon Law Defense Attorney to join their team. Criminal defense attorneys interested in transitioning into Lemon Law are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of Lemon Law defense cases, from pre‑litigation evaluation to trial or settlement

Draft, review, and approve pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements

Manage complex discovery, including eDiscovery and document review

Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations

Qualifications

Active California Bar license in good standing

2-3 years of litigation experience; criminal defense attorneys interested in Lemon Law are welcome to apply

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently

Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is

$130,000 – $200,000 , depending on experience and qualifications. Factors affecting pay may include skills, education, market, and prior experience.
