Case Coordinator
to partner with Case Managers and Panelists in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring smooth case administration. This role involves coordinating case activities, supporting the entire case lifecycle, and managing administrative tasks with accuracy and urgency. Base Pay Range $55,000.00/yr - $72,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do & Bring
Support Case Managers, clients, and Panelists throughout the entire lifecycle of a case.
Coordinate scheduling, conference calls, hearings, and pre‑hearing preparation.
Provide administrative and program support, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Serve as an apprentice Case Manager, able to cover responsibilities when needed.
Review closed cases for client satisfaction and identify future business opportunities.
Bachelor's degree preferred; 2-4 years in administrative or legal client service roles required.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
