Customer Technical Support Specialist Help Desk
We are seeking Help Desk Customer Service Support Specialists to join us on a relying proposal effort. The Customer Technical Support Specialist (Help Desk) provides Tier I/II support using tools such as BMC Remedy and ServiceNow. Responsibilities include troubleshooting user issues, tracking incidents, resolving trouble tickets, and escalating complex issues as necessary.
Work Location On-site; not remote: Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Dahlgren, VA.
Employment Details Employment would begin upon contract award.
Requirements
Two years of professional experience in Industry, Federal or DoD Help Desk Support using a help desk tool such as BMC's Remedy and ServiceNow.
Clearance: Active Secret.
Certification: IAT II level with a T3 investigation.
Must sign Letter of Intent.
