Responsibilities
Collaborate with departments to identify process improvements, document and communicate business needs, and provide IT solutions.
Plan, elicit, capture, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and walkthroughs with business and IT resources.
Serve as a subject‑matter expert, liaising between departments and ensuring alignment.
Perform current‑state analysis of existing business systems, applications, and functions.
Answer and clarify requirements during the discovery phase of projects.
Become deeply immersed in core business functions, processes, and workflows associated with assigned areas.
Understand the relationships, dependencies, and impact of neighboring business functions, core systems, applications, and technical platforms.
\ Qualifications Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
Required Experience:
Three (3) or more years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with enterprise and/or line‑of‑business applications in a higher‑education environment.
Experience with higher‑education auxiliary enterprises (e.g., retail services, dining, card services, parking, transportation) and related life‑safety or student services.
Familiarity with HIPAA, PCI, and FERPA regulatory policies and procedures.
Salary and Benefits Salary is commensurate with experience. This is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis.
