What You’ll Do
Participate in strategic planning and budgeting as a key member of the management team.
Ensure availability of necessary material, equipment and labor resources to meet customer requirements.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement through lean principles.
Analyze and provide solutions to operational challenges or problems.
Establish, meet and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate cross‑functionally to implement new processes and programs that improve the marketability of existing products.
Actively participate in business reviews, planning, budgeting, and the development of company strategy as a member of the organization’s leadership team.
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop staff to ensure the company’s operational activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently, and in accordance with relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
What You’ll Need
6 or more years of operations experience in a related field (e.g., Network Design, Construction, Telecommunications).
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
1–2 years of personnel and departmental leadership experience.
Knowledge of current and emerging trends and developments within the construction field and their impact on business operations.
Leadership and strategic management skills to develop, coach, and direct a team to achieve goals and objectives.
Proven leadership and teamwork skills fostering an inclusive, supportive environment by motivating and developing staff at all levels.
