Job Summary
The Production Supervisor – Night Shift oversees all night shift production activity, ensuring that operations run smoothly, employees are supported, and production targets are met. This leader will serve as the primary resource on shift and will help build structure and success during launch and growth phases of the plant.
Key Responsibilities
Lead night shift operators to achieve production and quality objectives
Provide real-time troubleshooting support and decision‑making
Ensure safety is prioritized in all tasks, audits, and machine operation
Maintain communication logs and effective shift handoff with day leadership
Develop team performance through feedback, coaching, and ongoing skills training
Schedule and assign work to ensure balanced workloads and production coverage
Track shift performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain strong housekeeping standards and proper material handling
Support startup activities, including SOP development and system improvements
Qualifications
3+ years in a manufacturing environment with proven leadership responsibility
Experience supervising teams on night shift or in self‑directed environments preferred
Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs, standard work, and safety requirements
Strong time management, communication, and follow‑through skills
Ability to work independently while supporting cross‑shift collaboration
Willingness to work 12‑hour night shift schedule as operations scale
Compensation & Benefit Information Salary Pay Range $25.00–$35.00 per hour dependent on experience*
Pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living and experience level.
Bonus/Incentive Pay A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
