Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Supply Chain Manager located in Gainesville, GA. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure an efficient supply chain operation.
Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, ensuring on-time delivery of materials, analyzing supply chain data, implementing process improvements, and coordinating with internal teams to meet production and operational needs. Collaboration with other departments to optimize sourcing strategies and ensure cost efficiency is a key component of the role.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Procurement.
Experience with Inventory Management, Vendor Relations, and Warehouse Operations.
Proficiency in Data Analysis and problem-solving in supply chain contexts.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and negotiation.
Proficiency using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and supply chain management software.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in the poultry or meat processing industry is a strong advantage.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
