Overview Dunham's Sports, one of the largest full-line sporting goods chains in the U.S., was founded in 1937 as Dunham's Bait & Tackle. Today we have over 250 stores in over 25 states from Maryland to Montana. We are looking for smiling, enthusiastic individuals with knowledge of sporting goods, merchandising skills and most importantly the ability to provide our customers an excellent level of service. This is a fun, fast‑paced work environment with variety in the day‑to‑day operation of the store.

Responsibilities
Operational, merchandising, and administrative functions within the store.
Leading and training staff in providing exceptional customer service.
Store opening and closing responsibilities.
Driving sales through customer service and report analysis.
Qualifications
Must have 2 years of retail management experience.
Strong organizational, leadership, interpersonal/communication and analytical skills, including problem‑solving ability.
Enthusiasm, initiative, and ability to provide high level of service and train/motivate staff.
Build enthusiasm within the store to create a positive work environment.
Merchandise knowledge preferred (apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, general athletics).
Availability to work any hours the store is open.
