Community Outreach and Marketing Specialist
Salary Range: $80,000 – $128,000 per year
Reports To: Business Director / CEO
Classification: Full-Time
Overview A Better Life Homecare LLC is a Medicare-accredited, CHAP-certified home health agency dedicated to improving care—one patient at a time. We provide high-quality medical and non-medical services to eligible recipients throughout Massachusetts, including Adult Foster Care (AFC) and Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) programs.
Responsibilities The Community Outreach and Marketing Specialist plays a key role in driving organizational growth and strengthening the agency’s brand presence. This position oversees outreach strategy, business development, partnership cultivation, and marketing initiatives across the state. The role collaborates closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams and reports directly to the Executive Director and/or CEO.
