As a Territory Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping customer relationships and driving business growth. From nurturing existing accounts to hunting for new business, this role is all about passion, performance, and partnerships to drive earnings and incentives.

What You’ll Do

Be the Customer Champion : Own and nurture client relationships, educate on ordering platforms, provide menu consultations, product recommendations, and pricing strategies.

Drive Sales Success : Sell to customers, increase case growth, and acquire new business through impactful presentations and tailored approaches.

Team‑Based Selling : Work collaboratively with specialists and cross‑functional teams to open new accounts and ensure seamless delivery.

Lead with Insight : Identify prospective customers using market intelligence databases, directories, leads from existing clients, trade shows, and conferences.

Delivery Resolution : Manage deliveries per the transported schedule and troubleshoot order‑process problems.

Competitive Advantage : Know market conditions, product innovations, competitors’ products and pricing, and share information as part of value‑added services.

Stay on the Move : Drive your vehicle for regular check‑ins, site visits, and follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

1+ year of sales experience preferred.

HS Diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license with a good motor‑vehicle record.

Foodservice industry, culinary, restaurant management, or hospitality experience preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to build internal and external relationships and cold‑call for new business.

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Competitive spirit with a drive to exceed goals.

Problem‑solving, organizational, and negotiation skills.

Team‑up mentality for internal and external collaboration.

Tech‑savvy – proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.

Occasional lifting or carrying up to 75 lbs.

Compensation Base salary range: $50,000 – $90,000.
