Our agency opened in 2020 and has grown into a close-knit, family-oriented team of two. Before opening the agency, I spent two years as an aspirant team member and five years in corporate marketing, which gave me valuable experience in both business strategy and customer connection. I live in Tobaccoville with my husband, who works at RJ Reynolds, and our two young boys, Carson and Jax. We have a home full of life (from kids to chickens), and I bring that same energy and warmth into the office every day. I grew up on a farm in Burlington, spent years showing horses, and have always loved the outdoors and animals, which helps keep me grounded and connected to the community I serve. We love giving back to the community and look for ways to stay involved throughout the year. Our office culture is family-first, supportive, and full of personality. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the ideal customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
