Overview This position provides high‑level administrative and operational support to the President, Post Production & Innovation for Paramount Pictures. The role ensures the President’s office runs capably by managing schedules, coordinating communication, and handling information. The assistant acts as a key liaison between the President, internal departments, external vendors, and senior executive teams, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Prioritize and organize appointments to align with production timelines and executive priorities.

Draft, review, and manage emails, memos, and reports on behalf of the President.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners.

Prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and track action items for meetings.

Organize post‑production review sessions, screenings, and vendor calls.

Assist in tracking post‑production milestones and deliverables for multiple films.

Maintain databases and spreadsheets for budgets, schedules, and vendor information.

Process expense reports, purchase orders, and invoices.

Support budget tracking for post‑production projects.

Handle information related to talent, budgets, and studio strategy.

Liaise with editorial, sound, VFX, and finishing teams to ensure smooth communication.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).

2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in entertainment or post‑production.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools, and insight with post‑production workflows.

Additional Qualifications

Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to administer multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Additional Information Hiring Salary Range: $52,000.00 – 60,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
