Job Description
This is a full‑time position with varying days. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and must have completed vocational courses in electricity/electronics, plumbing, mechanics, air conditioning and refrigeration, painting, carpentry, or have extensive experience in lieu of education.
Responsibilities
Support all HVAC equipment within the facility: Central Energy Plant, Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, AHU, Fan Coil Units, Heat Exchangers, Chemical Systems, Condensate Stations, and any other equipment as needed by the department.
Assist the Engineering Department with daily duties related to maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Vocational training or equivalent experience in electricity/electronics, plumbing, mechanics, HVAC (air conditioning and refrigeration), painting or carpentry.
Experience with HVAC maintenance and mechanical system troubleshooting.
