Job Title Assembler - 2nd Shift - Hiring Immediately!

Working Hours Monday - Friday, 2:15 pm - 10:30 pm

Location Lebanon, New Hampshire and Hanover, New Hampshire

Competitive compensation: base hourly pay to start at $22.0 /hour (incl. $20.00 base + 10% 2nd‑shift differential) PLUS an annual profit‑sharing target of 20% bonus.

Responsibilities As an assembler, you will work as part of a team to assemble our plasma cutting systems using standard processes, documentation, and tools. No experience is required; on‑the‑job training is provided.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

18 years of age or older.

Written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to follow directions and standard work documents.

Attention to detail.

Excitement about working with a team and within our collaborative ownership culture.

Physical Demands

Ability to work with required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Standing for extended periods – 8‑hour shifts.

Control of handheld power tools.

Requires manual dexterity and repetitive motion activities.
