Senior Trainer – Fidelis Care, New York
Position located in New York. Role primarily remote with an expected 10% travel. Candidates must reside in NY or be willing to travel to NY offices a few times per year.
Position Purpose Responsible for developing and conducting specialized training programs and auditing tools on HEDIS, STAR scores, gap closures, and member and provider experience for Fidelis Care.
Responsibilities
Coordinate training efforts with various cross‑functional areas.
Develop and administer a universal training curriculum, employ technologies, and enhance training development programs.
Conduct training sessions covering soft skills and processes specific to various departments within Fidelis Care.
Develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works.
Evaluate effectiveness of training programs, including cost and benefit analyses, and communicate results to management.
Audit team results, identify gaps in training, and implement improvements in training programs.
Review and recommend updates to policies and procedures.
Ability to travel to various offices within New York State.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
4+ years of training and auditing experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare environment.
Valid driver’s license.
Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $70,100.00 – $126,200.00 per year
