Requirements for HR Manager:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of related HR manager level experience ...
Preference for SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
Preference for bilingual, fluency in English and Spanish.
Preference for experience with migrant worker programs.
Preference for experience managing others.
Passion for cultivating culture and driving diversity & inclusion initiatives.
Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
Excellent organizational, prioritization skills and project management skills.
Resourceful with strong problem-solving ability.
Able to balance long-term HR initiatives with the immediate, people-driven needs of a fast-moving organization.
Ability to build trust and connect with others.
Work Environment: This is an
on-site position in Nashville, TN
with work conducted from private, streamlined office trailers that support productivity and collaboration. The role requires regular in person interaction with teamên members across office, field, and Garden Center environments. Friendly reminder
