Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

4+ years of progressive HR experience.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Excellent communication, judgement, and problem‑solving skills

Preferred

HR Certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)

HRIS and data analysis experience
