Humanities Teacher
to join their department after February half-term. This is a full-time, permanent role.
The Role You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Humanities lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop a strong understanding of subjects such as History, Geography and/or Religious Studies. Key responsibilities include
Planning and delivering high-quality Humanities lessons in line with the national curriculum
Assessing, monitoring and tracking student progress
Adapting lessons to meet the needs of all learners
Maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom environment
Working collaboratively within the Humanities department to share best practice
Supporting students academic and personal development
The ideal candidate will
Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Have experience teaching Humanities at secondary level
Be committed to high standards of teaching and learning
Be passionate about inspiring students and helping them succeed
