Responsibilities As an Administrator in Training (AIT), you will:
Gain hands‑on experience rotating through key departments, learning how each contributes to patient care and overall success.
Prepare for licensure with structured training, support, and documentation to meet state requirements, including the NAB and state‑specific exams.
Lead projects that improve center performance, enhance patient outcomes, and contribute to quality initiatives.
Develop leadership skills by attending meetings and workshops, building communication and culture‑building abilities.
Complete a CNA class as part of the program to deepen your understanding of day‑to‑day resident care.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in healthcare administration, business, or related field) is required.
Experience leading teams or projects in healthcare or a related industry is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, including fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English, and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams and leadership levels.
